Jeff has over 25 years of environmental consulting experience with emphasis on underground storage tank corrective actions and environmental assessment services. He is the manager of the firm’s underground storage tank corrective actions services including closure assessments, soil and groundwater investigations, risk assessments and site remediation.
Robert M. Freda, P.E., Senior Engineer

Robert has over 24 years of environmental, facilities, construction materials testing, and geotechnical consulting experience including environmental assessments, underground storage tank corrective actions, site remediation, asbestos consulting, property condition assessments, special inspections, and geotechnical engineering projects. In addition, Robert has served as a manager of both an environmental services department and a regional engineering office during his previous work at other firms. Duties included senior review of environmental documents for a large national firm as well as profit and loss responsibility for an entire office.
Tom Thrush, Environmental Technician

Tom has been an environmental technician at SEC since late 2011 and areas of expertise include: underground storage tank closure assessments; Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments; and field sampling procedures including soil, soil gas, and groundwater sampling. Tom manages SEC’s field services including groundwater and soil gas monitoring programs and the management of SEC’s field equipment and supplies.

John has been a staff engineer at SEC since late 2012. He manages and provides field and office technical support on environmental compliance and permitting, environmental assessment, underground storage tank corrective actions, site remediation and geotechnical engineering projects. John has expertise in the preparation of: storm water pollution prevention plans for industrial sites; oil spill prevention, control and countermeasure plans for oil storage facilities; Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, BUSTR Tier Evaluations and geotechnical subsurface investigations.
