Project Experience
Performed Phase I and II Environmental Site
Assessments for real estate transactions
at over 300 sites with a wide variety of
historical usage.
Provided comprehensive environmental compliance and
permitting services for commercial and
industrial facilities including air,
wastewater, storm water and hazardous
waste permits and related compliance
services.
Managed the review of over 900 underground storage
tank closure assessment reports for
regulated underground storage tank sites
in Ohio as a subcontractor to the Ohio
Bureau of Underground Storage Tank
Regulations.
Conducted subsurface investigations to evaluate
subsurface impacts from a wide range of
potential sources including underground
and aboveground storage tanks,
manufacturing and solid waste disposal
facilities.
Conducted remedial studies and implemented site
remediation at contaminated sites using
source removal, air sparging, soil vapor
extraction, groundwater pump and treat,
free product recovery, bioremediation
and chemical oxidation technologies.
Performed geotechnical subsurface investigations
and provided engineering recommendations
for a wide range of projects including
buildings, bridges, roadways, parking
lots and retaining walls.
Provided expert witness services for environmental
liability disputes at contaminated
properties.
