Performed Phase I and II Environmental
Site Assessments for numerous sites with
a variety of historical usage.
Design and
implementation of field hydrogeological
investigations, groundwater fate and
transport modeling,
and risk-based corrective actions at
numerous commercial, industrial and
government facilities.
Performed a
Due Diligence Audit of over 700
facilities throughout the southern
United States to support an acquisition
by a major oil company.
Manage all
state and federal regulatory compliance
for a state agency operating facilities
throughout the state for Hazardous
Waste, Underground Storage Tank, Air,
and Water program compliance.
Managed the
design, installation, permitting and
operation of an air sparging/soil vapor
extraction system
using catalytic oxidation and
incineration to remediate contaminated
soil and groundwater at an abandoned
petroleum bulk storage facility.
Managed
several assessment and remediation
projects supporting a financial
institution divestiture by a
Fortune 100 company. Environmental
impacts at several branch office
facilities required prompt assessments,
remedial actions, and closure agreements
to complete the transaction in the
period
permitted by the Federal banking
regulators.
Managed
emergency response investigations and
remediation for flammable liquid spills
and explosive
vapors in structures, including source
identification, coordination with
response agencies, contractor oversight,
